The check-in process is designed to be smooth and convenient for our guests. Here’s a step-by-step guide: Before your arrival, you will receive an email containing all the necessary forms to be filled out. These forms typically include the rental agreement, the number of guests in your party, and some basic details about your stay, including your expected arrival time. Once you’ve submitted the forms, our team will promptly review the information and make any necessary preparations for your arrival.

Completing these forms in advance plays a crucial role in ensuring that your rental is fully prepared for your arrival. This proactive approach allows us to offer personalized and attentive service to each guest. By providing the required information ahead of time, you help us anticipate your needs, making your stay enjoyable and stress-free. 

Check-in anytime after 4 pm and check-out anytime before 10 am

We follow a Relaxed Cancellation Policy for all direct bookings.

• Guests will receive a 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival.
• A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made 7 days before arrival.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival.

We recommend securing travel plans accordingly, as this policy is strictly followed.

Yes, we welcome up to 2 dogs per stay at SunKissed.

To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests and to keep the home in excellent condition, we kindly ask that you follow our pet guidelines below:
• The patio area is a great space for your dogs to relax, but please take them off the property for potty breaks.
• The gravel area around the pool is difficult to sanitize, so we ask that you avoid letting pets use this area.
• Poop bags and a designated trash receptacle are provided for your convenience.
• To help maintain pool cleanliness, please do not allow pets in the pool. The nearby gulf is a wonderful alternative for water play.
• Please keep pets off furniture and beds at all times.
• When leaving pets unattended, they must be properly crated and secured.

Yes, parking is available for guests staying at SunKissed.
• There are 2 designated parking spaces directly in front of the house, along with 1 additional space for a golf cart.
• Additional parking is available on the side of the building off 2nd Street if needed.

To ensure easy access and a comfortable stay for everyone, we kindly ask guests to park only in the designated areas.
