Larry and Marsha Adams are the proud owners of SunKissed, a thoughtfully designed beach retreat on St. George Island created to share their love of coastal living with others. Married for over 40 years, they are the heart of a close-knit family that includes their two daughters, two son-in-laws, and two cherished grandchildren.

Larry works with Medical Microinstruments, providing advanced microsurgical robotics to hospitals throughout Florida, while Marsha spent many years with an architectural and engineering firm delivering interior design services for medical and corporate projects across the South. Together, they bring a unique blend of precision, creativity, and attention to detail into everything they do—including SunKissed.

They have a passion for renovating homes and managing their rental properties, always striving to elevate the guest experience. When they’re not working on their latest project, they enjoy spending time with their family and their two German Shorthaired Pointer dogs, Clyde and Pearl.
In 2025, Larry and Marsha purchased SunKissed on St. George Island and introduced it to the rental market. Their very first year in business was a complete delight. They genuinely love connecting with their guests, helping them plan memorable beach vacations, and going the extra mile to make every stay special.

From thoughtful upgrades to personalized touches, Larry and Marsha take pride in creating unforgettable experiences. Their goal is to leave every guest with a lasting impression—turning time spent on the Forgotten Coast into something truly unforgettable.
